Reviews and Ratings
Overall, my stay at Klapa Resort was enjoyable with spacious rooms and a stunning pool area, but there were some service and dining inconsistencies that could be improved. The views during sunset were absolutely breathtaking, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. However, the breakfast buffet left much to be desired, and it was frustrating that some rooms weren't ready at check-in time.
I had a lovely stay at this resort which featured a spacious room with a huge, comfortable bed and stunning ocean views. The breakfast was decent with plenty of options, though a bit repetitive after a few days. The rooftop pool offered fantastic views and was a great spot to relax, but the gym was a letdown. Overall, it provided good value for money, but it's a bit isolated from major attractions.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the dining options left a lot to be desired. While the pool area was nice and perfect for sunsets, the location was a bit isolated, making transportation a hassle. Additionally, the service was inconsistent, especially with taxis, which made getting around quite inconvenient.
Our stay at this resort was quite the rollercoaster. The room we got was huge but had a persistent musty smell and made for a less than ideal atmosphere. While the staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, we often found services like room cleaning delayed. The location felt remote, making it hard to explore more of Bali without relying on expensive taxis. Dining options were decent but fairly limited, leaving us wanting more variety. Overall, there were some highlights, but it didn’t live up to expectations.
The resort is newly renovated and clean with a service-minded staff, but the dining options are quite limited, and the beach club experience was marred by rowdy crowds, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. The rooms were comfortable but didn't quite meet the expectations of a true luxury resort. I appreciated the friendly staff and the general cleanliness, though my experience was overshadowed by the beach situation.
